West Ham United - Tony Cascarino London Times article

Here is a link to another really good article by Tony Cascarino, the former Republic of Ireland forward from the London Times. Tony provides a good account of why Alan Curbishley had no chance of success at West Ham United and how now was the best time for him to leave.

The London Times also provides a listing of the candidates that West Ham are looking at to replace Curbishley. Its a pretty ridiculous list when you look at it as these are all fine managers, but why would they want to manage West Ham? If the board aren't going to support Curbishley and the club don't have money for new signings then what is the point in going there? I'd really be surprised if they get an experienced manager like Gerard Houllier, but stranger things have happened.
