Ronaldo to MLS, New York Times article

To answer Jack Bell's question in this article from the New York Times, YES YES YES!!! Absolutely MLS should sign Ronaldo, he is still a huge star, is still only 31 years old, and when healthy is still one of best forwards in the world and most exciting players to watch. Granted, there are a lot of unanswered questions that Jack Bell raises in the article, but MLS must take this gamble if he is even willing to consider coming to the league. It is a huge gamble, but if it pays off it would be the biggest success the league has had to date. He would draw more fans and revenue to the league then David Beckham without any doubt. It would be the closest thing to the New York Cosmos signing Pele, and if properly utilized could continue to propel the league forward.
