Ricardo Quaresma to Inter - analysis

Well Jose Mourinho finally got his man with the signing of Ricardo Quaresma from Porto. This is a great move for Inter Milan as they needed some younger players to add to their aging squad, and it also give Mourinho a chance to put his own stamp on the squad. I was beginning to wonder when Inter were going to make a really big move. Whats the point in hiring a manager like Mourinho if you aren't going to give him the funds to buy new players. Also how is he going to raise funds - by selling Julio Cruz, Patrick Viera, Hernan Crespo, Javier Zanetti, Luis Figo etc.?

Mourinho still has work to do in my opinion (especially in defense), but this is a step forward for this club in a season that will prove difficult to retain their crown as champions with an ever improving A.C. Milan and Juventus.
