Mark Hughes the right manager for Manchester City?

I'm beginning to get the feeling that Man City are going to regret letting Sven Goran Eriksson go. He is a manager that has proven time and again at club level that he can handle a club that is going in the direction that Man City are with their newly found money and big name additions that we are all expecting over the course of the next year. It will be a huge challenge for Mark Hughes considering he hasn't dealt with a mega club that Manchester City are fast becoming and especially in light of his career with Manchester United. It will be fascinating to watch and hopefully for the sake of the Premiership he will be up for the challenge. The question to be answered though is what happens when the Manchester United job finally opens up and if its offered to Hughes? That has to be something in the back of the minds of every Man City fan.
