And the next coach for the Los Angeles Galaxy is...

David Beckham? No, although maybe then they could allocate some of the money they pay to him play towards a more talented squad since he'd be doing 2 jobs.

Sir Alex Ferguson? HAHAHAHAHAHA!

Terry Venables? He'd probably jump at the chance, but wouldn't be a good choice for the Galaxy because they play in MLS.

I say its going to be (or should be) Bruce Arena. He has the experience and skill to do the job. He won't be intimidated by the presence of Beckham or anyone else, plus he knows the league and American players as well as anyone. I know things didn't work out with the New York Red Bulls, but how many big name coaches has that franchise had and how many have worked out? You have to look at Bruce's experience with DC United and the U.S. National Team and when you take all of that into consideration there really is no other choice. He'd be the perfect candidate and even if he can't get the Galaxy to the playoffs this year, he'll have them there next year. MLS can not afford to have a weak Los Angles Galaxy team around David Beckham and the only proper way to ensure that is for the team to hire the best coach available and bring in better players. Bruce Arena is the only one that can do that.
